Twin AI Refund Policy
In short: we refund unused Credits and the unused portion of a Subscription, less actual costs. We do not refund Credits that have already been spent on a successful generation. Send a request to twinai.support@freeaiphoto.com; we respond within 10 days.
1. General
This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement and describes the refund process in a reader-friendly way. In case of any discrepancy, Section 13 of the Offer prevails.
Refunds are issued by Rislings LLC as the Provider, through the same Payment Processor used for the original payment (YooKassa, Stripe etc.), to the same payment card or account.
2. Credits Already Spent
A Credit used to pay for a successfully completed generation operation is deemed exchanged for a service rendered and accepted. No refund is issued for spent Credits.
Exception: where the generation could not complete due to technical reasons on the Provider's side (model or infrastructure failure), the Credit is automatically returned to the Account balance. If automatic return did not occur, contact support.
3. Unused Credits from One-Time Packs
The User may at any time decline performance with respect to unused Credits from a one-time pack. The refund is calculated pro rata to the remaining balance, less the Provider's actual costs: Payment Processor fees and infrastructure costs of maintaining the Account and crediting Credits.
4. Unused Portion of Subscription
The User may cancel the Subscription at any time. The Provider refunds the portion of the current paid period proportional to the remaining unused days, less actual costs incurred by the Provider, including:
- Payment Processor and payment-system fees for the original transaction and for the refund;
- the value of generation operations actually performed by the User during the current paid period (Credits already consumed);
- other documented Provider costs incurred in connection with performance of the agreement for the specific User during the paid period.
Content generated during the paid period remains under the licence granted in Section 8 of the Offer after the refund.
5. How to Submit a Request
Send the request to twinai.support@freeaiphoto.com from the e-mail registered with the Account; include:
- username (login) and registered e-mail;
- date and identifier of the payment (receipt or transaction number);
- ground for the refund: Subscription cancellation, Credit-pack reversal, etc.;
- refund details (default — same card/account).
Support may ask for additional verification of the requester's identity.
6. Timing
We process refund requests within ten (10) calendar days of receipt (Article 25 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Belarus; Articles 22 and 31 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Russian Federation).
The time for funds to reach the User's account after approval depends on the rules of the relevant Payment Processor and the issuing bank, typically 3-10 business days.
7. When We May Refuse a Refund
- material breach of the Public Offer Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 9 of the Offer);
- use of the Service to commit acts prohibited by applicable law;
- provision of false information in the refund request;
- request made after expiry of the applicable limitation period.
